Wet hair, sticky face.


My comic didn't get chosen for the Zuda thing. While I'm not really surprised, it is another hit to my already distressed ego. Not only that, but there's a comic that did get chosen for the site (Spudman) that is strikingly similar in concept and title (though, more of a comedy, with better pacing).

I threw mine together in just a couple of weeks, if that's any kind of excuse. Anyway, the comic is under the cut. I changed a few things from the one I submitted, but it's basically the same. I want to continue it and spend a little more time on things, but we'll see what happens.











Some notes:

Wood Cearing (pronounced "see-ahr-ing") is the name of the portion of the woods the third half of this takes place. It's not a typo. It's a made up word. So is "Blunose". Also, there is a reason that Zapo calls them "patrons", but I'll just reveal that when I continue the story.
